Who runs the site

enahub.gr is run by ena Σύμβουλοι Ανάπτυξης (ena Development Consultants), Xanthi, Greece (full details in the Legal notice). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use it.

Booking requests

The form sends a request, not a reservation. A booking exists only once we confirm it in writing, and the price, dates, services and cancellation terms agreed at that point govern the event. [OPERATOR: link your standard venue hire, deposit and cancellation terms here, if you have them.]

Please give accurate details. If you send a request on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Information on the site

We try to keep room sizes, capacities, photos and amenities up to date. They are general information: capacity depends on the layout, and equipment can change. Ask us to confirm anything that matters for your event.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful
• send spam or automated submissions through the form
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its back office or its server
• upload malicious code or interfere with how the site works

Intellectual property

The #enahub and #enaevents names and logos, and the site's photos, text and design, belong to ena Development Consultants or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to our pages. Copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and www.enaevents.gr. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and can't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. As far as Greek law allows, we aren't liable for loss caused by using the site or relying on its content. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code) or your rights as a consumer under Law 2251/1994.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Greek law governs these terms. The courts of Xanthi [OPERATOR: confirm the competent courts] have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
